I have talked to 5 users, one has type 1 diabetes, one has type 2 diabetes, one is a nurse practitioner and two classmates, and all of them give me very helpful and positive feedback.
I went through some background questions with them first to know them a little bit better, then I asked many diabetes-related questions. For my users, they either have diabetes or know someone who has diabetes, therefore, I have a better understanding of diabetics’ life now.
I introduced my start-up idea with them and went through my case study website to explain the value proposition, problem, solution and storyboard for them. I asked their feedbacks about the concept.
I showed them my prototype feature by feature. After testing each feature, I asked for feedback and experience. After testing all the features, I asked them to rank each feature based on their preference and experience.
In the end, I codesigned my app with them, we discussed how to make improvements to make users have better experience when they are using the app.
